We would like to inform you that during the "stay at home" order CES Toronto Exams continues to operate as an essential service and we continue to offer both the paper-based and the computer-delivered IELTS testing at selected venues.We follow a strict COVID19 protocol and take all the necessary precautions to ensure safe testing environment.

CES Exams Toronto has moved!
CES Exams Toronto offices and downtown test centre now has a brand new home at 112 Elizabeth Street, 2nd Floor, Toronto, ON, M5G1P5 . All "Downtown Toronto" tests and the main office of CES Exams Toronto is now at the new location at 112 Elizabeth Street. There will not be any services available at 180 Bloor St. West. Test taker confirmation emails will reconfirm the correct test location. Candidates can contact us Mon-Fri 9:00AM-3:00PM at 416-209-6685.

    CES Exams is an official International English Language Testing System (IELTS) Test Centre in downtown Toronto, Ontario. The Test Centre is located on the premises of Centre of English Studies Toronto, who offers classes and private lessons to help candidates improve their English and IELTS Test scores.
